Beef Cuts

In case you didn't notice, I don't intend for this blog to be about beef def'n #1. BUT, since we're on the subject I thought I'd throw the actual picture of beef cuts in here. You know, educate you ignorant beef eaters out there (myself included).

The hierarchy of manliness includes a butcher somewhere in the top 5, so lets not embarrass ourselves, men, the next time we walk into the butcher shop and order a cut or two.



And yes, the beef round is near the angus, as Jack would put it. Buyer beware!
